Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were well equipped and comfortable, very clean, and nicely decorated with good lighting. However, the room was too hot, there was no fan, and the heavy duvet was uncomfortable. The receptionist did not address my complaint effectively.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and I enjoyed my night very much. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our evening enjoyable. The location is beautiful with lots of shops and things to do, truly in the heart of Cowbridge. However, the dining experience was a little disappointing compared to dinner. Overall, a great value for money with some minor drawbacks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and overlooked a lovely garden area, although slightly expensive. The service was fantastic, with staff going above and beyond, despite a slight damp smell. The location was great, centrally located in a charming town. The dining experience was good overall, although there were delays in serving. The facilities offered were satisfactory.
